Slides and projection:
A single adhesive identifier should be applied to each slide on the left lower corner. The left lower corner should be identified by holding the slide against a bright background and orientating the slide so it is readable in the normal way i.e. left to right from above downwards.
Slide projection coordination:
A central „Slide projection-bank” will be present at the end of the main entrance hall on the right hand side. The „slide-bank” will have the same opening hours as the registration counter.
Slides should be delivered at least one hour prior to the presentation. The presenters must transfer their slides to the slide magazines provided and ensure correct orientation by means of the projectors provided in this „central bank” = Kodak Karussel. |
