Slides and projection:
A single adhesive identifier should be applied to each slide on the left lower corner. The left lower corner should be identified by holding the slide against a bright background and orientating the slide so it is readable in the normal way i.e. left to right from above downwards.

Slide projection coordination:
A central „Slide projection-bank" will be present at the end of the main entrance hall on the right hand side. The „slide-bank" will have the same opening hours as the registration counter.
Slides should be delivered at least one hour prior to the presentation. The presenters must transfer their slides to the slide magazines provided and ensure correct orientation by means of the projectors provided in this „central bank" = Kodak Karussel.

Video presentation:
Video presentations are restricted to the special „Video sessions" section and will not be avaible for routine oral presentations (only a few exceptions).
Videos which have been previously submitted to PD Dr. Jovanovic, Berlin, will be stored at the slide projection bank. Those which have not been submitted prior to the congress should be presented to the slide projection bank (s.there) at least one hour prior to the presentation.
Anyone who wishes to see a specific video can do so by requesting to view it at the video booth. The booth will have the same opening times as the scientific programme.

Multi-Media-Lap-top:
Multi-Media-Lap-top presentations are not possible.

Overhead projection:
Overhead projection is available in all of the halls.

Retrieval of slides, video tapes and posters:
Please note that the above must be retrieved by 6.00 p.m. on Thursday, May 18th, 2000. We regret that there will not be a facility for returning unretrieved material. This material will be disposed off if it is not retrieved by the deadline stated above.

Abstract and proceeding books:
All accepted abstracts which were submitted in time will be available in the abstract book.

Authors who submitted their work for inclusion in the proceedings will have their work published also in the „EUFOS 2000 Book of Proceedings".
