All hotels are within 5-10 minutes walking distance from a bus or metro station (U-Bahn or S-Bahn).

Special rates have been attained, but you are advised to check available accommodation rates with your travel agent.
Since availability of rooms is limited in many hotels, accommodation cannot be guaranteed after March 1, 2000 although K.I.T. will make every effort to meet participants ´requirements.
K.I.T.will operate on a “first come-first served” basis with incoming requests.
No reservation will be accepted without payment of the corresponding deposit.The deposit must be paid on the basis of the first choice.
Please complete one hotel registration form per room booked.No telephone reservation will be accepted.
Upon receipt of the deposit, K.I.T.will acknowledge receipt and give details about the hotel reserved.
The deposit is necessary in order to guarantee the hotel reservation and will automatically be deducted from the total amount of your hotel bill.
Group reservations for exhibitors, companies, travel agencies, etc.will be dealt by K.I.T. with separate contracts.

Any changes regarding a reservation or cancellation of a reservation should be made in writing to K.I.T. Changes one week prior to the congress should be addressed directly to the hotel. Cancellations must be made through K.I.T.only.
In case of cancellations up to February 29, 2000, the hotel deposit will be refunded, less an administration fee of EUR 25.
After February 29,2000 no refund is possible.
All refunds will be handled after the congress. No-shows cannot be refunded.

Please note that dormitory accommodation normally has 3-8 beds in a room. Bathrooms and showers are available in the rooms or in the corridors.
